Made-to-Order Products



All our canvas prints are made-to-order, produced specifically for you once your order is placed.

Because of this, we do not accept returns for reasons such as:


  • Changing your mind
  • Ordering the wrong size
  • Personal preference



However, we always want to ensure you are happy with your purchase.





Damaged or Defective Items



If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will replace it at no additional cost.



To submit a claim, please email us within 

7 days

 of delivery with:



  • Your order number
  • Photos of the packaging and the damaged product
  • A brief description of the issue



Once verified, we will send a replacement or issue a refund.





Lost or Missing Orders



If your order does not arrive within the expected timeframe, please contact us.

We will work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue and send a replacement when necessary.





Cancellations



Because we begin production quickly, orders can only be cancelled within 2 hours of purchase. After this window, cancelation is not guaranteed.





Refunds



Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement, depending on your bank.
